How to Build a # 1 Hydroliser

Hydrogen Build a # 1 Hydrolyser
I have built lots of hydrolysers in the past and I have the best hydrolyser ever built and I am going to share it with You.
You will use these 5 items to build Your hydrolyser.

1. I take an inch and a quarter diameter piece of stainless tube 5 inches long, and wind stainless wielding wire around the tube.

2. I take 2 pieces of plexiglass one piece is 3/16 inch thick 6 inches long x 6 inches wide And another piece of plexiglass 1/8 inch thick 6 inches long x 6 inches wide. Then I cut all the plexiglass in 1/4 inch strips on a table saw. These parts will make up our insulators.

3. I buy stainless steel all thread usually comes in 3 Foot Lengths . I used the size 10.20 . The all thread will be cut to make two 6 inch ln lengths. These are called conductors.

4. I purchase a role of stainless steel wielding wire about .030 in diameter from the local wielding shop.

5. I bought from Homedepot a tube of clear Epoxy to assemble the hydrolyser.

In the next 6. steps We will build My HYDROLYSER HERE AT HOME.
We will be using epoxy to hold our parts together and if it is done right it will be magnificent to look at.
Before We get started look at #2 drawing for a moment and see how the insulators are placed. There will be three 3/16 inch insulators and one 1/8inch insulators on the first wind . You will do the same on the second wind .

1.Apply marks inside the tubes like if You where going cut the tube in quarters. Inside the tube so the marks are not visable from the outside.

2.Before you epoxy you must roughing Length-wise the tube where You are going to apply the epoxy to hold the insulators. In the drawing #1 below You see only one of the insulators applied to the tube the gray area is where it is roughed up for the epoxy.

tip.The insulators will not be placed center on the stainless tube. At one end will be a 1/4inch protruding over the end. Then there will be 3/4inch over the other end. Like in diagram #2

3.Now epoxy the insulators on in a cross pattern three 3/16x5inch and one 1/8 x5inch insulators
(there are now 4 insulatorss all together on the tube)

4.Now you will epoxy one stainless 10.20 6inch conductor on the 1/16inch insulators in this manner .The end of the conductor will began at the edge of the tube the rest of the conductor well protrude over the insulators at the 1/4inch end . look at drawing #3

5.Now put two 2inch hose clamps to hold everything together untill it is fully wound.
(Now You will wind Your first coil . And You must wind it tight )

6.You must start by wraping the steel wire around one end of the conductor then start winding the coil it must be wound tight. You must be about A 1/8inch apart on each wind and as you reach the hose clamps take them off. Only wind over the steanless steel tube not to each end of the insulators.

7.when You reatch the end You must wrap the end of the wire around the other end of the conductor and cut the remaining excess wire.
(You are now done with the first part of the coil.)

8.You must cut one inch off the insulators. You must now epoxy the other three 3/16x5 over the stainless steel wire not the conductor .
Now You will Epoxy the last insulators and that is the 1/8inch thick x5" long over The conductor sealing the conductor completely except the 3/4 inch that protrudes over the 1/4inch end like in diagram #4.

9. Put the hose clamps back on. And start the last wind. Like You wound the first coil. You now have built the best Hydrolyser element ever developed.
